Furnace humidity control

Making a controlled atmosphere in a furnace is quite easy as long as the atmosphere is made up of gases that are also gases at room temperature. As soon as water vapor is part of the atmosphere, things are much more difficult. Many methods for providing humidity to furnaces are not ideal, some methods risk condensation between humidifier and furnace resulting in much lower humidity content than aimed for. Others, like water pumping, will provide very large oscillations in the water content as a function of time.

With the Cellkraft P-Series humidifier – worry no more. Get a stable content of water vapor in your furnace, 24/7. From very low water concentrations up to very high concentrations, without risk for condensation. Make sure your research/process is solid by downloading the P-Series data sheet today, or contact Cellkraft to discuss your particular humidity control needs!
